ROVC offers a product range with various courses and services tailored to the specific needs of your industry.
Practical module-based training program
A training program developed specifically for your professionals. The program consists of one or more training modules in English. Your employees rapidly expand their knowledge and skills in chosen technical areas. Any specific areas of expertise needed within your organization can be added to the program. Each module combines theory, practical skills and illustrative examples from your industry and is concluded with a final test.
Competency-based management program
In five concrete steps, you gain insight into and an overview of the current competencies of your technical staff compared to the competencies required to reach your business goals.
Tests & assessments
Participants can be tested on their theoretical knowledge, practical skills and the insight they need for their job. Assessments or tests can be useful in:
- Recruiting new staff
- Determining the current competency level of employees in various (technical) areas.
Tests and assessments are available either as part of the competency-based management program or separately.
